We celebrated our Mother's Day on Monday evening. Jeff and the kids made me feel very special.We had spaghetti with actual meat in the sauce,not our usual Monday thinnish sauce that I get semi silent grumbles about.Elena made yeasts spoon rolls that were very good!We had a bunt cake with a strawberry jelly middle.Very tasty as well.

Jeff and the kids showered me with gifts! Joel is trying to sneak in to eat my candy.He said he just wants 5 pieces and that is all.
O.K. I'm a softy! I negotiated him down to two pieces, though.
Elena made me a very beautiful picture of violets.
