Shelia, I will stick them in my shop. The little skirts would almost fit Lily.I would need to make the elastic just a little tighter because they are a tad big.The bigger skirts would fit my 7-9 year old girls.I figure if I find I need a skirt for the girls or a gift or something,I can always shop in my own shop! I do that quite often for baby gifts, quilts, and such. Anyway, our Liberian kids are NOT kind with clothes at all. By how fast they stain and get holes in their clothes (tops and bottoms)you would think they tied their clothes to the wheels of our van and Jeff drove around for a few weeks like that. These are the girls. It must be because of how they play, right on the ground, sliding around on concrete floors,etc... I find our bio children both boys and girls play differently and their clothes stay nicer longer. I can not keep up with buying clothes for them or making clothes for them.I wish I could. Before they came I had dreams of filling their closets with my creations.Maybe when they are a little older.I am sad Elena does not enjoy my homemade things for herself anymore. I think too little kidish she says. Ah,but maybe she would let me make her wedding dress someday...
Will Lily and Grace be wearing a lot of cute skirts this summer, or are you going to put them in your shop?
