Fragments

Have you been wondering what random thought fragments have going through my head today?

Exponents

The messy fridge

Double negatives

Sleep

Pronouns

Matthew 23:37

Weight (meaning mine...I SO need to lose some.)

Justin Beiber's new hair cut (what!?)

Forgiveness

Molly and Ireland

Spiritual gifts

Sleep

Warm weather (or lack of it)

Micheal Murphy's Wild Fire (where did that come from...)

Freedom in Christ

Sleep

Sewing

Just a few of the fragments that kept drifting in and out of my mind today not fully taking root.

I focused on the 'here and now' long enough to get most of the kids schooling done (which took me until almost 5 pm to finish up), build in to a few relationships, quickly get things presentable for a visitor, and finish up a few quilts I had almost done.

Now I can sleep.

Here are the quilts I finished this evening.

Doesn't Every Mom...

feed their children warmed berry pie filling and toast for breakfast?

Here is something I have been thinking about the last few days...

Life can get very intense here.

You figure there are 17 of us interacting with each other every day and that makes for a lot of relationship combinations going on. If I was better at math I could figure it out but I would say hundreds and hundreds of combos. Maybe even thousands?

There is not a day that goes by that there is not at least one major conflict. Honestly, there is usually more than just one or two at one time. The conflict participants and situations vary but the conflict is just as unsettling.

When I feel things heating up between sibling I start to feel real queasy. Sometimes the conflicts work themselves out but a lot of the time I need to step in at one point or another. My fight or flight reaction sets in. My insides feel like running away but I tend instead to charge forward while blowing my battle horn.

Most of the time I need to make fast spot calls based on what info I can quickly glean from the he said/she said talk. In a large family like ours, I do not usually have the luxury of patiently listening to the two sides and going off to pray asking God privately for wisdom then going back to said children with my official well informed mom judgement. I wish I did but life here moves at record speed. There are days that half or more of the kids are set to their beds for one thing or another.

And even worse than the conflict is the after math of me being on one or numerous children's 'hate lists' for the day. The kids might not know, but my knees buckle very fast it is only the Lord and my stubbornness that hold me up in conflict.

Blah. I feel like I miss the mark most of the time. Have you ever sat down and thought of the craziness that God calls us parents to parent and teach and make judgment calls while here we are with our own set of sins that so easily trip us up. I think it is pretty crazy, anyway. If my kids grow up to be the way I hope, it will be despite me not because of my great parenting skills. I am SO glad God is faithful.

Anyway, I read this set of verses the other day and it gave me some focus.

...the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul...Then Jonathan made a covenant with David, because he loved him as his own soul. And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David, and his armor, and even his sword and his bow and his belt.

1 Samuel 18: 1,3-4

Isn't it good?

How it ties in to my conflict ramble is that this is a desperate cry from deep in my heart. I want God to develop in me such a deep soul binding love for my family that I will do whatever God needs me to do so God can fulfill his purpose in my family's lives. Just like Johnathan did for David in stepping aside so God can fulfill His plan for David, I want God to strip me of all that is not Christ like for the sake of my family. Of course, that is a lifetime process but God can teach me how to deal better in conflict, how to parent wisely despite my emotional flesh. He can give me courage to face the numerous 'hate lists' my name reaches #1 on. God can give me joy and peace when life here gets crazy (in a not so good crazy way).

Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. “Make level paths for your feet,”so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.

Heb 12:12-13

So there is what has been on my mind these last few days.

Now back to the fluff of my blog post...

My newest project.

I just have to put an outside border on.

I am thinking of using this pink polka-dot fabric for the border.

Here is a stuffed doll to match. Well, I still have to actually stuff it.

Just in case you are curious, here is the book...

that I used for the doll pattern and that inspired the quilt.

Silver Lining?

"Good morning, Pooh Bear," said Eeyore gloomily.

"If it is a good morning," he said. "Which I doubt," said he.

"Why, what's the matter?"

"Nothing, Pooh Bear, nothing. We can't all, and some of us don't. That's all there is to it."

"Can't all what?" said Pooh, rubbing his nose.

"Gaiety. Song-and-dance. Here we go round the mulberry bush."

I apologize for my blog shut down for a few weeks.

I really could not decide if I should keep my blog up so I disabled it for a bit.

I had had a few very discouraging weeks.

I am not the person I thought I would be at this stage in my life.

I am not the person I want to be.

I am tired.

I am frustrated with myself.

I am frustrated with my life.

I am frustrated with EVERYTHING!

I feel stuck in a rut with no strength to get out.

~Sigh~

This middle age stuff is just so hard.

No matter how hard I fight, stamp my feet and refuse to face it, my life is plowing forward.

Can someone make it stop!

I want a do-over.

I was being very pout-ish and fussy because well...

Sometimes...well...Jeff and I do not get along.

I think we know each other less now than we did 19 years ago.

Sometimes...well...the weaknesses of the kids are too much for me to face

and the conflicts come like a rapid fire machine gun.

Sometimes...well...I can not see beyond my own weaknesses.

I feel sort-of alone.

I am not the most sought after person in the blog world.

Or the Etsy world,either.

Ha ha.

What a discouraging post!

So where is the silver lining, you ask?

How did I turn the corner to realize that the sun was shining this whole time and it was me just walking around with my eyes closed?

You are waiting for the happily ever after part?

Hm...

Well...

Um...

God is not afraid to point out areas in my life that need to change, thought patterns that need to shift, behaviors that need to be abandoned.

God is not afraid to call things for what they are. God has the perfect combination of firm mixed with gentleness.  I like that about God.

God knows that sometimes hope and hard work go hand in hand.

And God knows me!

"Praise the Lord,
for he has shown me his
unfailing love.
He kept me safe when my city (mind) was under attack.
In sudden fear I had cried out,
"I have been cut off from the Lord!"
But you heard my cry for mercy
and answered my call for help.

Psalm  31:21-22

Random Monday

Next to the stove by the kitchen wall
There stands a couch, not new at all,
On which the housemaid sits and thinks:
"It must be time for my forty winks!"

~from The Alphabet of Sleep

But before this housemaid thinks about her forty winks a little Monday rambling is due.

Well, maybe the rambling is the effect of me needing my forty winks!

Rambling starts..

Right...

Now!

Tonight was Redbox free movie night!

We had two free Redbox movie codes so I walked with a few kids to HyVee to mail a package and pick out our two free movies. Twinkle Toes for the girls and Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance for the big kids. I just need to remember to get the movies back before nine tomorrow night so the movies stay free. We have a tendency to miss the return deadline a lot.

I thought I would make oatmeal cookies as the kids were watching their movies. Great idea but in my hasty excitement to surprise the kids with warm delicious cookies I used melted butter instead of softened butter so the cookies spread like pancakes while they were cooking. I also forgot to grease the cookie sheets which made the pancake oatmeal cookies stick like glue to the cookie sheets. Elena warns me quite often that I will regret my hasty cooking practices. She is always right. Where did she get that crystal ball anyway?

I read a story called The Flying Trunk to the girls before bed. Have you every read that story? It is interesting. Sadly, the version I read to the girls skipped over the merchant's sons funny story he told at the tea party. Not sure why, though. Do you think the girl is still waiting for merchant's son on the roof? Some of my girls thought she could be and thought it was sad.

I was going to start a sewing project earlier this evening but got as far as looking at my fabric stash. I pulled out this real fun brown fabric with owls and an orange coordinating fabric. Isn't it a gorgeous combo?

I was too lazy to tackle changing my sewing machine thread color and wind matching bobbins so I just left the fabric on the table for tomorrow. It will give me time to decide what to make out of it. I am tossing around either one of the little girl dresses with the straps I have been making or try my hand at a little girls reversible A-line dress. The fabric would make a fun little bag as well...

I thought these were cute pictures from my Etsy shop.

These were some of the first skirts I sold in my shop.

Remember my drawstring skirt phase?

Rambling ends...

Right...

Now.

and my forty winks will soon start.

How Cool is This??!!

Guess what we have?!!!!

We have our very own Internet!!!!

Yes!!!

No more 'borrowing' from others.

No more trips to McDonald's

Well, that is if I had my laptop which I don't.

*sigh*

I miss you laptop...

No more not blogging!!

So what should my first post be about using our very own Internet

after a month of no posts??

It should be something spectacular.

Something worth the long absence.

How sad of me.

I seriously only took these few pictures the whole month.

Seriously.

Lame.

But the blogging must go on!

A bowl of bean soup.

It was pretty tasty.

Ok, these are cute.

Lily helping me make bread to sell at our local farmer's market.

This is a fun picture ,too.

Josiah's football game.

Josiah is #22.

Those are my pictures.

I have a little time so want to ramble together?

Here is one of my ultimate favorite quotes of all time.

It sums up my life, my motives.

It explains a whole lot about me.

I would like to be the best at everything, but that is not possible. I risk humiliation because I have a genuine interest in participating.

Love it.

Here is a little trivia.

A Random Post

Nothing other than random-ness for no reason.

I am just feeling random.

Today I moved our school table into the basement to teach the eight younger kids.It was a test run. I prefer to teach at the table in the dining room (our basement is kind of stinky and icky) but I lose my train of thought very easily and get SO distracted. The older kids finish their school earlier than the younger kids and it has been hard for them to stay in their rooms quiet for hours while I teach the younger kids. Moving into the basement really helped me to stay focused, proved to be a great sound buffer, and gave the bigger kids more places to 'chill'.

More random-ness...

I made granola for breakfast. Tasty.

I hung a florescent light above our basement school table.

The florescent light then crashed to the ground as the kids watched. I believe I stamped my foot and shouted pretty loud "Oh, man! Shoot! That stupid light!" Not good.

I took a nap on the couch and I am pretty sure I snored.

I mopped the kitchen floor.

Cleaned our food shelf. Not as hard as it sounds 'cause our food shelf is lacking...food...

Someone put a tomato in my iced coffee. Not good.

I passed a not so silent stinker(hehe) when Joel and I were chatting and walking our 'times around' the house for gym. It made him laugh a lot. Gee...I should do that more often.

I washed a gazillion loads of laundry.

I talked Naomi through how to plunge out our kitchen sink. The sink was clogged. She fixed it an was VERY pleased with herself.

I stole some food off of Joel and Lily's lunch plates when they were not looking then fluffed their remaining food up a bit so they would not notice. You will see it on my hips tomorrow.

And I walked around the house taking picture of random pretty things.

A Few Good Finds

Yesterday a few children and I walked to the post office to mail a package. On the way home we walked to the coffee shop and then browsed in an antique shop.

Look at the sweet treasures I found!!!

I am very pleased.

Isn't the Golden Book very cute?!

And this little tea cup...well I am in love with it!!

A peek inside the book.

That was a fun little outing!

Just a Random Thing

I was thinking that to me this is a regular sight but to others maybe not.

Three bread machines and two crock pots plugged into a power strip all to provide parts of three different meals for one day.

Let's see...

The three bread machine loaves are for breakfast.

One crock pot is the main portion of our lunch.

The other crock pot is the broth part of our chicken noodle soup for dinner.

Just a random thing.

Self Government

Here is why I will never write books on parenting!

There have been a few 'issues of note' that have been creeping into the habits of my middle children this past year.

Things that on their own with one child would be easy to be dealt with but these 'issues of note' have spread to the group as a whole.

I guess I had not been as attentive as I thought I had been!

Anyway, these things are pretty minor in the scheme of possible issues we could be dealing with but still they make life a little hard.

I bet you are wondering what issues I am dealing with.

Things like working real hard on their chores when I am in the room but lazing off when I am in another part of the house.

Not taking 'no', correction, or discipline very well.

Walking away while I am still talking (Ok, while I am lecturing but still...)

The whole 'if the cat's away ,the mice will play (more like disobey)' type of behavior.

Fussing, attitudes.

Did I say ATTITUDES strong enough!?

Now these are not adoption issues.

They are kid issues.

*SIGH*

A

BIG

*SIGH*

Well, after the umpteenth time of more than half the children declaring muntany on old poor me it was time for one of my 'you WILL sit at the table and listen to mom' kind of talks.

All I could think of was the word self-government. The phrases obey mom or mind mom go in one ear and out the other.

So all I could think of was I want them all to practice the art of self-government.

I do not think the real definition means what I told them it means but mom's can do that can't they? Make up their own definitions?

My goal with my 'mom talk' was to point out that they are responsible to govern themselves within the parameters of God's rules and our house rules. Especially when no one is there watching over them.

Of course, they can chose to pick which rules they think are worth their time to follow and which they think stupid but the consequences will be waiting maybe not right away but the consequences will come.

Blah.

Parenting is hard.

It is all about character, integrity, walking up right before our Lord, isn't it?

It is about raising children who can walk into their own future and be ready for the path God has set out for them.

I do not know.

Well my talk was met with a few tears, some quiet humility, a few half hidden smirks, and a few glazed over eyes.

*sigh*

Now it's time for a sandwich and lemonade on the front porch.

City Polly and Country Pony

Good friends are hard to come by

but Pony and Polly seem to have figured it out!

Polly arrives at Pony's country home.

Polly needed a little nap before she says hello to Pony.

Pony has warned Polly on the hazards of the high paced city life she is lives.

Pony is doing a few last minute things before Polly rings the bell.

Polly does not even notice the mess.

She wishes Pony would not worry about such things as much as Pony does.

They have a grand time visiting!

See you next time!!

Blah Blah and More Blah Blah!

I sure have been struggling these past few weeks.

I suppose it has shown in my lack of daily posts.

I guess I have been thinking what is the use.

You other bloggers out there, do you ever go through times when you feel that way?

I have been feeling like I am walking on an emotional balance beam.

This week our neighbor scolded one of my boys about how he should help Jeff cut the lawn. I was SO made at her! She must have been the one who called the city and reported out long lawn. She has not been a very kind neighbor to us these past years. Anyway, her reasoning for scolding our son was that Jeff works so hard and gets home so late from work and then gets up so early and does not get much sleep.

How, I wonder, does she know enough about our lives (I guess mostly Jeff's) to draw conclusions that are so inaccurate about us? This is not the first encounter we have had with her.

Ok, Jeff does work hard and probably does not get the sleep he would like but who really always does? But, Jeff does not get home late. Maybe between 6:30 and 7:30 pm. That is not late. He might leave for work around 8 am. We are night owls so the kids and I are up later. Jeff does run to the store early in the morning to get bread, milk, and other miscellaneous things we need.

Another thing is that the boys did help cut the lawn last year. Why was she not peeking out her window those times? It just so happened that our lawn mower broke down last fall and Jeff had been holding off on buying another one until he could find a used one at a good price. Jeff was not in a hurry to cut the lawn. He is so laid back. Anyway, the boys could not cut the lawn so far this year because of the lawn mower issue. Besides, Jeff does enjoy the exercise he gets mowing the lawn himself.

Does the neighbor know our boys and the rest of our kids do other chores that take up at least an hour and a half of their day every day? Laundry, floor mopping, toilets, dishes (no dishwasher here),etc... There is a lot of everyday mess that comes with a large family. We do not have a snow blower so our kids were the ones out shoveling every day. Jeff did not do much shoveling at all this winter. So,it is so frustrating that she would pass judgment like that.

I felt like such a looser. Why do people do stuff like that?

*Sigh*

That gets me to thinking..how responsible are we for someone else's perception of us? I do tend to worry being a larger family that our noise level, kids bickering (sometimes very loud), etc... that someone would walk by our home and misinterpret what is going on.

I once had a mail lady break up a fight between two of my children when in fact the two children were not fighting at all. They were teasing each other. I think that this mail lady assumed they were fighting because it was my Liberian boy and one of his younger sisters.

Why do others think they know how to parent my children better than Jeff and I do?

Maybe others do know more than we do? You know it is easy to put blinders on when it comes to our and our own children's weaknesses sometimes.

Such a bummer I am this last few weeks.

We have had some set backs on the adoption front as well. We were hoping the children would be here by now but maybe it will be much longer than we thought. I think everyone is waiting on us to get things done on our part. Others who we know who have adopted through disruptions seem to have had things moving forward so much faster than us.

A Young man passed away from our church this past weekend that has really made me sad. He was only twenty eight. He taught Sunday school to some of my children. Jeff taught AWANA with his dad. This young man was just so nice. The funeral was today. We could not go but Jeff took some of the kids to the visitation last night.

This afternoon a friend dropped off four pans of bars for us that were left-over from the funeral. The young man's mom thought of us and wanted us to enjoy them. What is the proper way in receiving something like that?

We were so grateful (always are for any food) and almost all four pans are eaten already. The thing was I communicated like a total idiot when she dropped off the goodies. Afterwards, Elena suggested that maybe I should pre-write what I should say to people in various situations and memorize them so I do not sound like a bumbling idiot.(The bumbling idiot description was my choice of words not Elena's. She was much kinder)

I remember when my great grandma Davis passed away. Each of us grandchildren were given $300 dollars. That was very kind of my great grandmother to do that. I was in college at the time. When I talked to my grandmother about the money I had referred to it at a blessing, which it was because like I said I was a starving college student. I was firmly reminded that my great grandmother had died to get me that money. See, I have no social graces at all.

And I have been eating and eating! I am already overweight and now even more so!

Blah, blah, blah!!!

Ok, I'm done now.

This is totally a terrible post!!!

But then again, such is life sometimes.

Some prettiness amongst my ickiness!

Jeff brought me home these real pretty flowers this past Monday.

I thought they looked real pretty on the front porch.

The Secret

She leans close to my ear, brushing my hair away as if it might hinder me from hearing her secret.

The secret intended for my ears only.

She leans forward and whispers softly.

"I love you, mommy."

As if to confirm her deep secret, she once more whispers in her sweet little toddler voice.

"Mommy, I love you so much."

She then sits back against the chair.

It is as if a heavy unseen weight has been lifted from her small shoulders.

She is now free.

Free from this secret that has been hidden for so long.

Free now to ask for my puff corn.

We eat the puff corn in silents as my hair falls back over my ear, and marvel at what just transpired.

WE WON'T MOW!!

Ok, so I am still a little worked up over our public nuisance rep.

I vote that we move farther out into the country.

I think that is a good alternative.

A good solution to our problem.

Umm...

I do not necessarily like Jeff's solution...

that we just cut our grass.

No.

I think the moving thing is better.

I thought I could make signs.

Something like

WE WON'T MOW!!

WE WOULD RATHER GO!!!

Um, Jeff did not agree.

He mowed the lawn.

Oh well.

A little photo cheer after my icky last few days.

We may not be 'yard people' but among our over grown grass and in-between our dandelion fields we do have a little beauty.

What's Up Patchwork Mommy?

Where have you been?

Oh, just around.

Jeff has had the past few days off so it has been a little busy around here.

But in truth, I just have not been feeling very inspired.

Kind of just blah.

I saw this sign out on our street corner and thought that it sums up my life lately.

I do not do personal road work well.

I find this verse very comforting when I am in these kind of blah moods.

God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.

The LORD Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.

Psalm 46:1-3 and 7

Sometimes it is the vague emotional blah moods that are harder to stand up under.

One thing I can count on is that tomorrow is a new day.

The emotional waters will not roar and foam forever and the mountains will eventually stop their quaking.

The God of Jacob is my fortress against these raging out of perspective emotions of mine.

What do you ask triggered such a pit in my mind?

I think I was heading into this downward spiral for a few days.

Feeling a little behind the eight ball with lots of stuff.

But the thing that pushed me over was we received a letter in the mail that our yard was a public nuisance.

Something about the lawn needing to be cut because it is over 6 inches long.

Don't laugh now.

Did I just hear a snicker?

I truly am not being over dramatic.

Honest.

I just do not like when others think we are doing things wrong.

~Sigh~

Deep Conviction

I want to live my life with deep conviction.

With an unmovable conviction.

A burning conviction that my life is not mine but it belongs to God.

And because it belongs to God, I want to walk wherever he asks me to go.

Right now that is giving all that I have to my family.

"After all, what gives us hope and joy, and what is our proud reward and crown? It is you! Yes, you will bring us much joy as we stand together before our Lord Jesus when he comes back again. For you are our pride and joy."

1 Thessalonians 2:19-20

This is super hard.

Sometimes I feel walked on or over looked.

Sometimes I feel invisible.

Sometimes I feel so selfish and unloving that I refuse to lay down my life for anyone but ME.

But then I reread this verse

"After all, what gives us hope and joy, and what is our proud reward and crown? It is you! Yes, you will bring us much joy as we stand together before our Lord Jesus when he comes back again. For you are our pride and joy."

1 Thessalonians 2:19-20

and it reminds me that I want to live my life with deep conviction.

With an unmovable conviction.

A burning conviction that my life is not mine but it belongs to God.

And because it belongs to God, I want to walk wherever he asks me to go.

Right now that is giving all that I have to my family.

But then I remember that that is super hard to do sometimes....

Random Weekend Stuff

What a weekend it has been.

Let's see...

This past week Jeff has been extra busy at work. I do not understand everything that goes on over at Thomson Reuters but I know a tiny tiny bit. The little I know was this past week and weekend was very important for a group of the people working on a main-frame project. I think there is a new system (?) going public on Monday so this last week there has been a lot of running tests to make sure the data transitions smoothly. Blah. I am sure I blotched the explanation up. I guess I do not know much about Jeff's job! Anyway, Jeff had to work pretty late Friday and most of Saturday.

In all of Jeff's 16 years at Thomson it has only been a few dozen or so Saturdays or late week nights Jeff has had to work. I am used to him being home to put the kids to bed. I'm so babied! I was getting a little stressed Friday evening thinking about the night ahead of me with the kids so what did I decide to do? Get the crew or as many who were interested and walk to McDonald's to get this old mom a much needed iced mocha and the kids to a treat as well.

I wish I had pictures. We had fun. I had a crew of 12 of my own children and a couple of the Grant and Alan's friends join us. Joyce wanted to stay home and enjoy a little quite and Elena was at a concert with her friends. It was part one of a battle of the bands concert at Club 3 Degrees.

Gee, I was such the proud mother duck with all my chicks. My kids do not read my blog so I can call them all my little chickadees without them rolling their eyes at me. The walk to McDonald's was just what I needed.

Saturday, Jeff went to work and then right when he got home took Elena to another concert. It was part two of a battle of the bands type concert up at Club 3 Degrees. There were so many good bands. Just in case you were interested, Love Out Loud won first place, Nicole Serrano won second, and Boiling Point won third. Elena was pretty exited because a former Skillet band member was one of the judges.

Saturday was such a pretty day. It started out rainy but by late afternoon the sun was out and the temperature was perfect!!!!

I shared the pictures of Lily, Grace, and Joel's tea party yesterday. Here are the rest of my Saturday random pictures.

Joel had an idea to make MacDonald's french fry bags for all the kids just in case, you know, they would have a need for such a thing. He revised his project from french fry bags to little popcorn bags. The kind one would get at a ball game or somewhere like that. I made him a big batch of popcorn and after he made bags for everyone he filled them up with the popcorn and passed them out.

Joel and Lily enjoying their popcorn.

Grasses

Grasses

by Aileen Fisher

Do you ever wonder
if horses and such
like all grasses
equally much?

Or are some grasses
like spinach and prunes
and others like
coconut macaroons?

Now that is not something we ponder at our house thanks to years many little feet trampling over our once beautiful grass to create this yard of dirt.

But grass is over-rated anyway.

Be You!

Each of my fourteen children are very special and very unique. Some have similarities in personality or interests but God made each of them uniquely themselves!

I have a daughter who is crazy for concerts. She loves going to the smaller Christian band concerts where she can meet the band members and talk with them.

She does not wear much makeup but she really likes black eyeliner, band t-shirts,black combat looking boots, and skinny black jeans. Nothing immodest just uniquely her. I let her wear them.

Why? Because it is a part of her figuring out who she is. Yes, she is a child of God. She knows that but she is also not a cookie cutout of me, her dad, or her sibling. I am not worried that she will turn all 'goth' (as she calls it. Wasn't it punk back in the day?) on us.

She loves the Lord very much.

I just love watching her grow up and blossom into her own person. I am very proud of her.

She won't always be in this phase of her life. Much like when she moved on from playing mommy and house to bigger kid things.

She will finish school, probably go on to college, get a job, get married, start her own family. She will keep walking farther and farther down the path God has set out for her.

But, I will miss these days.

And a very neat thing is her dad brought her to most every concert. He will never get tired of doing this for her. She does not get embarrassed by him even when he dances.

All that pondering was brought on by these pictures I found on my camera. She must have had a band memorabilia photo shoot.
