A Lonely Saturday

Last Saturday at our local farmers market things were pretty quiet.

I did have some customers,though.

Thank you!!!

Ha Ha

As you see, I did not have to wrestle anyone down for a choice table spot!

I am thinking today will be a little more active.

I will let you know how it goes!

A Freezie-Pop And World Peace?

Do you ever wonder what is would take to finally experience world peace?

I sometimes do.

Hmmm...

I was thinking...

Maybe...

Just maybe...

all it would take is a freezie-pop moment.

It could work.

It works here in Fryeville...

A BIG Day Indeed!!!!

I can not believe this day came and now went!!!

My oldest!

My sweet Elena!!

She is 18!!!

and

She graduated!!!

She made it to the other end of not only our bumbling attempt at parenting

but

homeschooling as well!!!

WOW!!!

The years went way to fast!

Elena had her graduation/18th birthday celebration this past Sunday.

THANK YOU all who have supported us over the years and blessed us by helping us celebrate with Elena.

Here are a few picture peeks at Elena's fun party.

I totaly forgot to take an actual face shot of Elena but in this picture you can appreciate her pretty hair color.

I love it.

If you know Elena personaly you would agree that this look is SO her.

Elena I love you SO much!!

Congratulations!!!

We Were Blessed With A Bunch!!

of bananas, cucumbers, yellow peppers, lettuce, bread, to mention a few things!

We ate almost all of this box of bananas!

Remember the testimony of Darlene Rose?

We received a second box of bananas ready for baking so I pealed them and put them in zippy bags 11 bags with 9 in each.

We will have a lot of banana bread this winter.

This is also a blessing for making our farmer's market goodies!!

These peppers are BEAUTIFUL!!

We ate a lot of them just right out of the box with the lettuce and cucumbers...

and then make a supply of fridge pickles and peppers.

I did not want to waste a bit of God's blessings!

Off To The Farmer's Market!!

This was my Farmer's Market crew early this past Saturday morning.

As we walked down the sidewalk to the Farmer's Market with Lily sitting in the wagon among all the goodies like a princess on parade float, I felt a little like the Beverly Hillbillies.

We had fun.

We made about 25$ towards Grant's Ghana trip.

Not a bad start!!

Happy Father's Day!!

Here is a tribute to all the different situations Jeff has to deal with being the dad of this big bunch.

Since I am not as good with words, I thought I would take candid pictures of Jeff's different facial expressions while daily parenting situations come up.

His expressions need no commentary from me.

His face says it all!!!

As you can see, his job is not an easy one!

Happy Father's Day Jeff!!
