Our Beloved 4th Street N E

When the weather warms up our beloved 4Th St. N.E. comes alive. We live on a very unique street. The Waseca County Fair grounds are at the end of the block to the left. The Tink Larson Baseball Field is kitty corner across the street to our right. The ball field was the exclamation point in Jeff's mind as to why we should buy this house.Jeff is a big baseball fan.The Chicago Cubs in particular.Anyway, during night games they turn on the lights and it is a pretty cool view. Not to mention the field concession stand sells 2 freezies (sp?) for .25$ or 8 freezies for a dollar. What better way for the kids to spend their allowance!

Here is a view of the Tink Larson field as it was this morning from our yard. There is a VFW game going on.

I walked across the street to get a better picture of the field.Later, today Grant and Alan will have some very good pictures of the field on their blog.

Here is the view down the left from our driveway to the fair grounds. There must be an auction going on in the Creative Arts building which explains the cars.

I LOVE our beloved 4th t. N.E.!
